Notes: Tropical Fruit, Grape, Milk Chocolate

Blend Origins:  Eastern Africa, Colombia

Process: Fully washed and dried on raised beds

Altitude: 1500-2700 MASL

Variety: Indigenous Heirloom Varietals, SL28, Typica

Our second seasonal blend of 2017, aptly named "Spring Break" brings beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, and Colombia and produces a very complex coffee that is heavy on the tropical fruit notes.  Also present in the cup are delicious notes of tangerine, milk chocolate, grape, plum, and papaya.
