TERMS & CONDITIONS GIVEAWAY

Eligibility

1.1. Per’La Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Entrants must be 18 years old or older and live in the United States. No purchase is required for entry.

1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Per’La are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry Period

2.1. The Giveaway entry period begins on 09/23/24 at 12:00am EST and ends on 10/07/24 at 11:59pm EST. 

How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to email communications from Per’La.

Prize

4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:

  • One annual Roaster’s Choice subscription. During the year, a 12oz bag of coffee (whole bean or ground) will be shipped monthly, selected at random by our roasters. The approximate total value of this prize is $240.
  • All contest participants will receive a one-time use discount code for 10% off their first order, valid until 10/23/24. This code is not valid for subscriptions or bundles.

4.2. The non-transferable prize may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the entry period.

5.2. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days after the Giveaway’s end date of 10/07/24.

Claiming the Prize

6.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.

6.2. If the winner does not respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

6.3. The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to Per’La if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

Publicity Release

7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Per’La to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (such as photos or testimonials) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.2. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Per’La after the winner has been selected.

Privacy

8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Per’La’s Privacy Policy.

 General Conditions

9.1. Per’La reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time.

9.2. Per’La is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website or platform malfunctions, that may affect entry or prize distribution.

9.3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.4. Per’La is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that occur after the product has been tendered to the courier.

9.5 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

OUR TEAM

 Chris Nolte -  Co-Founder/Managing Partner - Brings to Per’La Specialty Roasters an extensive background in business development, branding, and marketing from a variety of industries including hospitality, healthcare, and logistics.  He specializes in large, multi-site product implementations that require everything from needs assessments and product selections to staff education and quality testing. Chris has a true passion for enhancing the customer experience while helping businesses grow their bottom line.  Chris Nolte is a 2005 graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in International Finance and Marketing.

Paul Massard - Co-Founder/Managing Partner - A Certified Q Grader by the Coffee Quality Institute, one of roughly 350 in the US, brings over 20 years of extensive coffee procurement, roasting, grading, farming, and production experience. Paul most recently held the position of Director of Supply Chain for Honolulu Coffee Company overseeing all farming, processing, roasting, production/packaging, quality assurance, and purchasing departments. Previous to Paul's time at Honolulu Coffee, he spent 5 years as the green coffee buyer, production manager/roaster, and quality assurance manager at The Roasterie in Kansas City. Paul Massard is a 2005 graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in International Finance and Marketing as well as a 2009 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University's Executive MBA Program. 

Vanessa Valera Nolte - Managing Partner - With nearly 20 years of international business experience with a focus in the consumer electronics and home goods space, Vanessa brings extensive expertise in the areas of branding, finance, and accounting.  Vanessa is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Finance and is a past recipient of  EY's Entrepreneur of the Year award.  Vanessa also maintains a passion for mentoring women entrepreneurs through her relationships with University of Miami, Babson College, and WIN Lab.

Benjamin Harrison - Strategic Advisor - Brings over 25 years of entrepreneurship and organizational leadership experience taking companies to the next level. Benjamin grew up in Milwaukee and then attended Bowdoin College, which included a year abroad in Paris. He joined TransPerfect Translations in an entry-level position, rose to become its first VP of New Business Development and was a key player in the company's rapid growth. Benjamin then joined Rishi Tea as a co-owner and Vice President. Under his leadership, Rishi grew from a startup into a multi-million dollar market leader with over 100 employees and business across multiple channels in all 50 states
and 15 countries. In 2017, he joined Tradecraft Outfitters, a fast-growing national specialty coffee & beverage distributor and service provider to help lead its integration into Compass Group. Today, Benjamin is the CEO of Fresh Picks, a Chicago-based gourmet grocery brand that pairs farmers from across the Midwest to end consumers.
